A hearing aid is a small, sensitive electronic device. To reduce impact, moisture and movement risks, place it in a hard protective case, cushion that case and use a sturdy outer shipping box.
Contact the service before shipping
Call 0232 335 57 58 to confirm the current intake address, required information and shipping procedure. Do not assume a courier company, fee or delivery time without confirmation.
Step-by-step packaging
Switch the device off and pack a removable battery separately.
Place the device in its hard protective case without bending tubing or receiver wiring.
Wrap the case in several layers of impact-absorbing cushioning.
Add your name, phone, city, device brand/model and a short fault description.
Place everything in a larger sturdy box and fill empty spaces so the case cannot move.
Seal every outer-box seam with strong packaging tape.
What not to include
Unless requested, do not send unnecessary accessories, manuals, valuable personal items, medical reports or hearing-test results. Never ship the device loose in an envelope, thin bag or soft pouch.
Inspection and approval
After intake in Izmir, the device is inspected. Available work and cost are explained, and no paid work begins without your approval.
