How the Hearing Aid Repair Process Works
Device intake, technical inspection, quotation approval, repair and return explained step by step.
What does the technical inspection cover?
Microphone openings, receiver output, battery compartment and contacts, filters, tubing, charging connections, moisture and oxidation signs are checked according to the device structure. Repairability is not guaranteed before inspection.
What is the difference between maintenance and repair?
Maintenance focuses on cleaning, moisture checks and assessment of consumable parts. Repair aims to identify and, where appropriate, resolve a fault that prevents correct operation.
How is the cost determined?
Cost is not confirmed before the device and fault are examined. Available work is explained after inspection and approval is requested.
