A hearing aid price includes more than brand and style. The exact model, technology tier, power, charging, connectivity, custom fitting, programming, accessories, warranty and follow-up shape total cost. Compare the same product code and written service package rather than relying on one online figure.
Approximate 2026 retail bands per device
These are indicative market bands, not an official tariff. Confirm the exact model, included services and current quote in writing.
| Technology group | Approximate price for one device |
|---|---|
| Entry-level digital | TRY 15,000–30,000 |
| Mid-range digital | TRY 30,000–50,000 |
| Advanced technology | TRY 50,000–70,000 |
| Premium segment | TRY 70,000–90,000 and above |
| Custom in-ear | TRY 20,000–70,000 and above |
| Rechargeable Bluetooth RIC/BTE | TRY 25,000–90,000 and above |
Why there is no reliable fixed price list
Models that look alike can have different technology tiers. Exchange rates, campaigns, chargers, earmoulds, accessories and follow-up also change the quote. Private-market price tables can become outdated quickly, so confirm the exact model and service scope in writing on the purchase date.
What determines price?
Exact brand, model and technology tier
Required power and receiver
BTE, RIC or custom in-ear style
Microphone, noise management and automatic programmes
Phone, TV and remote-microphone connectivity
Charging equipment or replaceable batteries
Earmoulds, domes, receivers and accessories
Programming, adjustments and follow-up
Warranty, maintenance and technical support
Style and technology tier
Style alone does not determine cost. BTE, RIC and custom in-ear devices are available at different technology levels. A basic rechargeable device and an advanced battery-powered model can be priced differently. Smaller or rechargeable is not automatically better.
Total cost of rechargeable and battery devices
For rechargeable devices, check the standard charger, portable case, adapter and future battery service. Replaceable-battery devices create an ongoing battery expense. Compare purchase price and long-term use together.
How to compare two quotes
Confirm the same product code and technology tier.
Identify whether the figure is for one or two devices.
Separate the retail price, SGK application and user difference.
List chargers, earmoulds, receivers and accessories.
Confirm programming and follow-up visits.
Review written warranty and service conditions.
How hearing assessment affects the choice
Audiometry does not directly set the label price, but it affects power, receiver, earmould, one- or two-device assessment and style. The goal is an appropriately fitted device, not simply the most expensive one.
How the Turkish SGK process works
SGK states that prescribed hearing devices are supplied through contracted hearing-aid centres and the covered amount is paid to the centre. Rules, amounts and renewal conditions are governed by the Health Implementation Communiqué and relevant contracts. Confirm MEDULA eligibility and the centre’s current contract status.
Participation payments
SGK’s official information states a 10% participation payment for people receiving income or a pension from the institution and their dependants, and 20% for others. The former is deducted from income or pension; the latter is collected by the contracted centre. Personal eligibility and exceptions must be checked.
Why this guide does not publish a fixed SGK amount
Amounts can change with SUT updates, age, participation payment and transaction date. The exact entitlement should be checked through current SUT and MEDULA on the purchase date. Retail price, SGK amount, participation payment and user difference should be shown separately.
General SGK supply steps
ENT assessment and required hearing tests
Compliant medical report and prescription
MEDULA eligibility check
Application to an SGK-contracted hearing-aid centre
Appropriate device assessment
Written explanation of coverage and user difference
Individual programming and follow-up
Consumables and long-term cost
Batteries, rechargeable-battery service, filters, domes, tubing, receivers and earmoulds may create future costs. Any SGK entitlement for batteries or consumables must be verified through current documentation and MEDULA.
Repair cost versus replacement
Repair cost depends on the fault, model, age, moisture or impact damage and parts availability. Filters and tubing differ from receiver, microphone, battery or circuit work. A firm price requires inspection.
Comparing quotes in Izmir
Compare the same product code and service package. Physical technical-service intake is available only at Bozyaka and Yesilyurt in Karabaglar. Technical repair service does not automatically mean a business has an SGK supply contract; verify current status separately.
Before requesting service
- Exact model and product code received in writing
- One- or two-device price clearly stated
- Retail, SGK and user difference separated
- Chargers and accessories listed
- Programming, follow-up and warranty clarified
- SGK and MEDULA information checked on transaction date

How much do hearing aids cost in 2026?
There is no single reliable fixed range. Obtain a current written quote for the exact model, accessories and services.
Is the most expensive device the best?
No. Suitability depends on hearing needs, fitting, comfort and real listening environments.
Does SGK cover the full price?
SGK applies the amount set by current rules; a user price difference may remain.
How is the pensioner participation payment collected?
Official SGK information states that the 10% payment for pension or income recipients is deducted from the payment they receive.
Can a repair price be confirmed by phone?
Usually not. The fault, damage and required parts must be assessed first.
